Physical Cell ID (PCI):

- Range: For LTE (Long-Term Evolution), the previous generation of cellular technology, the PCI values range from 0 to 504. In contrast, for 5G NR, the range is extended to 0-1007.
- Structure: The PCI is a combination of two parts:

- CID (Cell ID): Differentiates between cells using the same frequency.
